Damp proofing survey in Dorchester

Last survey of the day requested for 6.45pm in Dorchester for damp issues in the front room. After talking to the customer about the history of the property i could start to build up a picture in my mind of what was causing the damp problem.

After inspection found that this property has no floor membrane and that the 9 inch wall has no DPC. Also the property is built on chalk and is close to the water table. After talking to the customer i was able to explain and demonstrate how we could prevent rising damp in the floor and walls.

And most importantly stop it from coming back.

This work was also backed by our 30 yr Guarantee.
